About this generation

The third-generation Colorado and Canyon debuted in July 2022 for the 2023 model year. The new model is available only with a Crew Cab and a single bed length. Despite being a mid-size, in some dimensions it is somewhat bigger than the full-size Silverado, being built around the same chassis and frame while sharing the same L3B engine.
