“MoM” compares the median asking price of the same models newly listed in the last 30 days
(Jun 2–Jul 2)
vs the 30 days before — so a batch of arriving trucks can’t fake a price move. “—” means the
matched sample was too small to publish honestly. Overlapping metro views are deduplicated:
when two cities’ 50-mile circles cover mostly the same inventory (Phoenix/Scottsdale, Dallas/Fort Worth),
only the largest is listed. “All tracked markets” totals are the union of ZIP sets, overlaps removed once.
